This article explains how to create and process delivery orders in Fleksa POS, including adding customer details, adding items, and completing the order.
Before placing a delivery order, ensure:
You are using Fleksa POS on Windows / Tablet / Android
You have Cashier / Manager / Admin access
Delivery service is enabled
Your menu is synced and updated
Open the Fleksa POS app on your Windows PC, Tablet, or Android device.
On the POS home screen, click Delivery.
Click New Order or the + (plus) button.
Enter the customer information:
Customer Name
Phone Number
Delivery Address
Postal Code / City
Browse menu categories (Starters, Drinks, Mains, etc.).
Click items to add them.
Adjust quantities or modifiers as needed.
Ensure the order summary shows:
Correct items
Correct quantities
Correct total
Delivery charge (if applicable)
Click Send to Kitchen so the kitchen begins preparing the order.
Click Assign Driver
Select a driver from the list
Delivery payments may be:
Pay on Delivery (Cash/Card)
Online Paid (if paid through website)
Click Checkout to proceed.
Select one:
Cash
Card
QR Payment
Giftcard
Confirm the payment.
Issue: Delivery button not showing.
Solution: Enable delivery in the dashboard and restart POS.
Issue: Customer address not saving.
Solution: Ensure required fields are filled.
Issue: Kitchen does not receive order.
Solution: Check printer/KDS connection and resend.
Always verify the delivery address before sending the order to the kitchen.
Use the notes field for delivery instructions (e.g., “Call on arrival”).
Assign drivers quickly during busy hours.
Print a delivery label for the driver.
Q: Can I edit a delivery order after sending it to the kitchen?
Yes — open the order, make changes, and resend.
Q: Can customers pay at delivery?
Yes — choose Cash or Card during Checkout.
Q: Can I view active delivery orders?
Yes — all active orders appear in the Delivery section.
