Before starting, ensure:
Your restaurant has a Google Business Profile
Online ordering is enabled in your Google Business Profile
You have access to the Fleksa Partner Portal (partner.fleksa.com)
You are using the latest version of Fleksa POS
You have login credentials for your Google Business Account
Open partner.fleksa.com in your browser.
Navigate to:
Settings → Integrations (Third Party) → Google Order Redirect
Click Activate to start the setup.
Important: Keep your Google account credentials ready to authenticate and complete the connection.
If the option is not visible, contact the Fleksa Support Team.
Log in to your Google Business Account when prompted.
Grant Fleksa permission to manage your online ordering and redirect links.
Confirm and save the connection.
Google must approve the POS connection to enable automatic order redirection.
Once connected, you can configure:
Order Types: Pickup, Dine-in, Delivery
Menu Items: Ensure your menu in Fleksa matches the items shown on Google
Order Notifications: Email or POS notifications for new orders
Redirect URL: Verify that customers are correctly redirected to your Fleksa POS ordering page
If you want orders to print automatically:
Go to Settings → Printer Profiles
Select your kitchen printer profile
Enable:
Online Order Receipts
Product Receipts
Save
Create a test order from Google Search or Google Maps.
Verify that the order appears in Fleksa POS → Online Orders.
Check that the order details are correct and that the kitchen receives the printed order if enabled.
Orders appear under Orders → Online Orders
Staff can confirm, prepare, and mark orders as completed
Status updates sync automatically with Google
Customer details are displayed for smooth processing
Google account not connected correctly
POS connection not approved by Google
Internet connection issues
Menu mismatch between Google and Fleksa POS
Printer profile not assigned
Online order receipts not enabled
Printer offline
Check menu mapping
Refresh menu sync in Partner Portal
