Before starting, ensure:
You have an active Uber Eats Partner Account
Your restaurant is live and verified on Uber Eats
You have access to the Uber Eats Restaurant Dashboard
You are using the latest version of Fleksa POS
You have access to partner.fleksa.com
Open partner.fleksa.com in your browser.
Navigate to:
Settings → Integrations (Third Party) → Uber Eats
Click Activate to begin the setup.
Important: Keep your Uber Eats credentials ready, as you will need them to authenticate and complete the integration.
If you do not see the Uber Eats integration, contact the Fleksa Support Team to enable it.
Fleksa requires your Uber Eats Vendor ID or API credentials to activate the integration.
Available in the Uber Eats Restaurant Dashboard → POS / API Integration section
If you cannot locate it, contact Uber Eats Partner Support
Enter the credentials in the Fleksa Partner Portal and save the configuration.
After entering the credentials, you must contact Uber Eats to activate the POS connection / API integration.
This allows orders to flow directly into Fleksa POS.
Menu mapping ensures that orders received from Uber Eats match the correct products in Fleksa POS.
Ensures smooth order flow
Prevents mismatched or unrecognized items
Helps the kitchen receive the correct products
Make sure your Uber Eats menu and Fleksa POS menu match
Open the menu mapping tool in the Partner Portal
Map each Uber Eats item to the corresponding Fleksa product
Save the mapping
This step is optional but strongly recommended to avoid errors.
You can enable or disable automatic acceptance of Uber Eats orders:
Auto-Accept ON: Orders appear automatically in POS and print instantly
Auto-Accept OFF: Staff must manually accept each incoming order
Settings location:
Settings → Integrations → Uber Eats → Auto Accept
To ensure Uber Eats orders print correctly:
Go to Settings → Printer Profiles
Select your kitchen printer profile
Enable:
Online Order Receipts
Product Receipts
Save
Your kitchen printer will now automatically print Uber Eats orders.
Request a test order from Uber Eats or create one via the Partner Dashboard
Verify that:
The order appears immediately in Fleksa POS
Products are correctly mapped
Kitchen printer prints the order
Order status updates correctly
Once integrated:
Orders appear under Orders → Online Orders
Customer details and items are displayed
Automatic kitchen printing (if enabled)
Status sync: New → Preparing → Ready → Completed
Status updates in Fleksa POS will sync automatically back to Uber Eats.
Vendor ID or API credentials incorrect
POS connection not activated by Uber Eats
Internet connection issues
Menu not mapped correctly
Printer profile not assigned
Product receipts disabled
Printer offline
