Before starting the integration, ensure:
You have an active Lieferando (Takeaway.com) Partner Account
Your restaurant is live and verified on Lieferando
You can access the Lieferando Vendor Dashboard
You are using the latest version of the Fleksa POS
You have access to partner.fleksa.com
Open partner.fleksa.com
Navigate to:
Settings → Integrations (Third Party) → Lieferando
Click Activate to begin the setup
If you do not see the Lieferando integration option, please contact the Fleksa Support Team to enable it for your account.
To activate the integration, Fleksa requires your Vendor ID from Lieferando.
This is your unique restaurant identification number assigned by Lieferando.
The Vendor ID is printed on all Lieferando payout invoices and billing documents
If you cannot find it, contact Lieferando Partner Support directly
Enter the Vendor ID in the Fleksa Partner Portal and save the configuration.
After saving your Vendor ID in Fleksa, you must contact Lieferando via email or phone and request activation of your POS-Connection (also known as POS Integration or API Feed).
Lieferando must enable this connection on their side for orders to start appearing in your Fleksa POS.
Menu mapping ensures that items from Lieferando match the correct products in your Fleksa POS.
Ensures smooth order flow
Prevents mismatched or unrecognized products
Helps your kitchen receive the correct items
Ensure your Lieferando menu and Fleksa menu have matching categories and items
Open the menu mapping tool in the Fleksa Partner Portal
Connect each Lieferando item to its corresponding Fleksa product
Save the mapping
This step is optional but recommended for accuracy.
You can choose whether Lieferando orders should be automatically accepted.
Auto-Accept ON: Orders automatically appear in the POS as accepted and print instantly
Auto-Accept OFF: Staff must manually accept each incoming order
Manage this under:
Settings → Integrations → Lieferando → Auto Accept
To ensure that incoming Lieferando orders print correctly:
Go to Settings → Printer Profiles
Select your kitchen printer profile
Enable:
Online Order Receipts
Product Receipts
Save
Your kitchen printer will now automatically print Lieferando orders.
After everything is set:
Request a test order from Lieferando Support or create one using your vendor account
Check if:
The order appears immediately in Fleksa POS
Products are correctly mapped
The kitchen printer prints the order
Order status updates properly
When integration is active:
Orders appear under Orders → Online Orders
Customer details and order items are displayed
Kitchen printouts are triggered automatically (if enabled)
Order status synchronizes: New → Preparing → Ready → Completed
You can update the status from Fleksa POS, and it will sync back to Lieferando.

Product receipt disabled

Re-check menu item mapping
Refresh menu sync in the Partner Portal
