This article explains how to place a dine-in order in Fleksa POS and complete the payment in one full amount (no split or partial payments).
Before you begin:
You are using Fleksa POS on Windows / Tablet / Android
Your Dine-In table layout is set up
You have Cashier / Manager / Admin access
The Fleksa POS app is updated
Open the Fleksa POS app on your Windows PC, tablet, or Android device.
Click Dine-In from the main menu.
Your table layout appears.
Click on the table where the guests are seated.
The order screen for that table opens.
Navigate through the categories (Starters, Drinks, Mains, etc.).
Click on items to add them.
Adjust quantities or add modifiers if needed.
Click Send to Kitchen to notify the kitchen.
Click Print Bill if customers want to check the amount before paying.
When the customer is ready to pay:
Open the same table.
Click Checkout.
The full amount will automatically appear (no split needed).
Choose one of the payment methods:
Cash
Card
QR Payment
Giftcard
Confirm the payment.
The order will close and the table status will return to Available.
Issue: Split payment screen appears.
Solution: Select Checkout → Full Amount instead of split options.
Issue: Wrong amount displayed.
Solution: Recheck the order to ensure all items were added and sent to kitchen.
Issue: Payment option not working.
Solution: Restart POS and check internet or device connection.
Always confirm all items are added before billing.
Use Print Bill to avoid misunderstandings.
Full amount checkout simplifies payment and speeds up service.
Q: Can I switch from split to full amount?
Yes — clear split options and select Full Amount Checkout.
Q: Does full payment close the table?
Yes, once payment is completed, the table becomes Available again.
Q: Can I reprint the bill?
Yes, reprinting is available in the order history.
