This article explains how to access, download, share, and email the Self-Order QR Code for any table in the Fleksa POS system.
Before you begin, ensure:
You are using Fleksa POS on Windows / Tablet / Android
You have Admin or Manager permissions
A table layout already exists in the Dine-In section
Fleksa POS app is updated
Open the Fleksa POS application on your Windows PC, tablet, or Android device.
Navigate to the Dine-In page from the main menu.
On the top-right corner, next to the edit (pen) icon, you will see a QR icon.
Click the QR icon.
All tables will now be displayed in a list/grid.
Click on the table whose Self-Order QR Code you want to view.
On the right side of the screen, the table’s QR Code will appear.
Below the QR Code, you will find multiple action buttons:
Download → Save the QR Code as an image/PDF
Email → Send the QR Code directly to any email address
Share → Share via available apps or channels (depending on your device)
Click the desired button to complete the action.
Issue: QR icon not visible.
Solution: Ensure you are on the Dine-In page and not in edit mode.
Issue: QR is not loading.
Solution: Refresh the POS app or check your internet connection.
Issue: Email not sending.
Solution: Confirm the email address is valid; retry with an active internet connection.
Download QR Codes and print them for table stands.
Email QR Codes directly to marketing teams for branding updates.
Keep a shared folder with QR Code backups for quick reprints.
Make sure QR Codes are placed where customers can easily scan them.
Q: Is each table’s QR Code unique?
Yes, each table has its own unique Self-Order QR Code.
Q: Can I regenerate a QR Code?
Yes, but only through the Fleksa dashboard settings — not from the POS.
Q: Can I share multiple QR Codes at once?
No, QR Codes must be opened and shared one table at a time.
