How to Download, Share, and Email the Self-Order QR Code in Fleksa POS ?

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure:

  • You are using Fleksa POS on Windows / Tablet / Android

  • You have Admin or Manager permissions

  • A table layout already exists in the Dine-In section

  • Fleksa POS app is updated


Steps to Solve

Step 1: Open Fleksa POS

Open the Fleksa POS application on your Windows PC, tablet, or Android device.

Step 2: Open the Dine-In Page

Navigate to the Dine-In page from the main menu.

Step 3: Open the QR Code Section

  • On the top-right corner, next to the edit (pen) icon, you will see a QR icon.

  • Click the QR icon.

All tables will now be displayed in a list/grid.

Step 4: Select a Table

  • Click on the table whose Self-Order QR Code you want to view.

  • On the right side of the screen, the table’s QR Code will appear.

Step 5: Download, Email, or Share the QR Code

Below the QR Code, you will find multiple action buttons:

  • Download → Save the QR Code as an image/PDF

  • Email → Send the QR Code directly to any email address

  • Share → Share via available apps or channels (depending on your device)

Click the desired button to complete the action.


Common Issues & Solutions

Issue: QR icon not visible.
Solution: Ensure you are on the Dine-In page and not in edit mode.

Issue: QR is not loading.
Solution: Refresh the POS app or check your internet connection.

Issue: Email not sending.
Solution: Confirm the email address is valid; retry with an active internet connection.
