This article explains how to generate, view, and customize a receipt in Fleksa POS from the order details page.
Open Fleksa POS on your Windows PC, Tablet, or Android device.
Click Transaction from the POS home screen.
Select any order to open its details.
Inside the order details:
On the left side of the Cancel button, you will see the Receipt / Generate Receipt section.
Click Receipt to open the receipt options.
When you open the Receipt section, you will see:
Logo – Your restaurant logo displayed on the receipt
QR – Order QR code
Hospitality Receipt – Standard customer-friendly layout
Choose the format you want to generate:
A4 – Full-page printable receipt
(More formats may appear based on your system configuration.)
You can choose the language for the receipt:
English
German
Click Email to send the receipt directly to the customer’s email address.
✔ View the receipt
✔ Change receipt format
✔ Change receipt language
✔ Email the receipt
✔ Print the receipt (if a printer is connected)
Use the language selector if serving international customers.
A4 format is best for detailed or official receipts.
Emailing receipts helps reduce paper usage and keeps customer records digital.
