How to Enable Auto Cash Drawer in Fleksa POS ?

This guide explains how to enable the automatic cash drawer opening when printing POS receipts in Fleksa POS.

Steps to Enable Auto Cash Drawer

1. Open Fleksa POS

  • Launch Fleksa POS on Windows/Tablet/Android.

  • Log in with your credentials.

2. Go to Settings

  • Click on the Settings icon in the top navigation bar.

3. Open Printer Setup

  • Select Printer Setup from the settings menu.

4. Open Printer Profile

  • Under your existing printer, click on Profile.

  • Select the added printer you want to configure.

5. Open Final Receipts Settings

  • Inside the printer configuration, click on Final Receipts.

POS Receipt Settings

Use This Printer for POS Receipts

Enable this option so the selected printer prints POS receipts.

Auto Open Cash Drawer

Turn ON Auto Open Cash Drawer to:

  • Automatically open the cash drawer

  • Whenever a POS receipt is printed

Auto Print Final Receipt (POS Orders)

Enable this option to:

  • Automatically print the final receipt

  • When a POS order is completed

  • (This applies only to POS orders)

6. Save Settings

  • Click Save to apply all changes.

Your cash drawer will now automatically open whenever a POS receipt is printed.
