If you operate multiple POS devices, you can enable Cloud Printer:

  • Function: Allows the printer to receive print jobs from different devices and locations.

  • Use case: Ideal for taking orders directly from mobile devices at the table or from multiple POS terminals.

Step 5: Test the Printer

  • Print a test receipt to verify:

    • Paper alignment and cut function

    • Auto-print for product receipts (if configured in the profile)

    • Layout and font readability

Best Practices

  • Use Ethernet or WiFi for stable printing in multi-terminal setups.

  • Assign different profiles for kitchen vs counter printers.
