How to Enable Product Receipt Printing in Fleksa POS?

This guide explains how to configure Product Receipts in Fleksa POS and enable specific printing options such as customer information, order type, BON number, and kitchen info position.

Steps to Configure Product Receipt Printing

1. Open Fleksa POS

  • Launch Fleksa POS on Windows / Tablet / Android.

  • Log in using your credentials.

2. Go to Settings

  • Click on the Settings icon in the top navigation bar.

3. Open Printer Setup

  • Select Printer Setup from the settings menu.

4. Open a Printer Profile

  • Under your existing printer, click Profile.

  • Select the added printer you want to configure.

5. Open Product Receipt Settings

  • Click on Product Receipt inside the printer settings.

Product Receipt Options

Use This Printer for Product Receipts

Enable this option to allow the selected printer to print product receipts.

All printers using this profile will print product receipts.

Print Options

  • Enable this if you want the receipt to include:

    • Customer name

    • Phone number

    • Email (if available)

Print Order Type & Number

  • Displays the Order Type (Delivery, Pickup, Dine-In, POS Order)

  • Displays the Order Number

BON = Kitchen Order Number

  • A daily sequential counter for kitchen receipts:

    • BON #1

    • BON #2

    • BON #3

  • Resets automatically at midnight

Kitchen Info Position

Choose where order information appears on the product receipt:

  • Top

  • Bottom

  • Center
    (Varies by printer model)

Includes:

  • Order Number

  • BON Number

  • Table Number

  • Time

6. Save Settings

  • Click Save to apply all changes.

Your printer will now print product receipts according to the selected configuration.
