Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

• Access to Fleksa POS (Windows / Tablet / Android)

• A user role with permission to manage layouts (Admin or Manager)

• Stable internet connection

• Updated Fleksa POS app version

Steps to Solve

Step 1: Open Fleksa POS

Open the Fleksa POS application on your Windows PC, tablet, or Android device.

Step 2: Go to the Dine-In Page

• From the main menu, navigate to Dine-In.

• In the top-right corner, you will see a pen (edit) icon.

Step 3: Add a New Room & Tables

1. Click the pen icon to enter edit mode.

2. Tap the plus (+) button to add a new room.

3. Enter the following details:

   • Room Name

   • Number of Tables

   • Maximum Capacity per Table

   • Minimum Capacity per Table

Step 4: Save Your Layout

Press Add, then click Save to store the new table layout.

Common Problems & Solutions

Problem: You can’t click the "+" button.

Solution: Your account may not have the correct permissions. Switch to an Admin/Manager login.
