This article explains how to enable and open the Touch Keyboard in Fleksa POS on Windows, Tablet, or Android devices.
Before enabling the touch keyboard, ensure:
You are using Fleksa POS on Windows / Tablet / Android
You are logged in with Admin / Manager permissions
The POS system is updated
Open the Fleksa POS application on your Windows PC, Tablet, or Android device.
On the top navigation bar, click the Settings (⚙️) icon.
In the Settings menu, click on System Settings.
Inside System Settings you will see options such as:
Touch Keyboard
POS Auto Close
User Clock In / Out
App Lock
Unlock with PIN Code
Switch Touch Keyboard → ON.
Once enabled:
The touch keyboard will automatically appear whenever you click on any input field (e.g., search bar, quantity, customer name, address, etc.).
This is especially useful for touchscreens and devices without a physical keyboard.
The on-screen keyboard pops up whenever text entry is required.

Issue: Touch keyboard not appearing.
Solution:
Make sure Touch Keyboard is turned ON in System Settings.

If using Windows, ensure the system’s On-Screen Keyboard is not disabled.
Issue: Keyboard disappears while typing.
Solution: Tap the input field again to reopen it.
