How to Sign Out in Fleksa POS ?

This article explains how to log out of Fleksa POS on Windows, Tablet, or Android devices.

Steps to Sign Out of Fleksa POS

Step 1: Open Fleksa POS

Open the Fleksa POS application on your Windows PC, Tablet, or Android device.

Step 2: Click on the Settings Icon

  • On the top navigation bar, click the Settings (⚙️) icon.

Step 3: Select “Sign Out”

  • Inside the settings menu, click on Sign Out.

Step 4: Confirm Logout

A confirmation popup will appear:

Are you sure you want to logout?

You will see two options:

  • Cancel → to stay logged in

  • Logout → to confirm and sign out of the POS

Step 5: Click “Logout”

  • Click Logout to complete the sign-out process.

You will be returned to the login screen.

Tips

  • Always sign out at the end of your shift to secure your POS data.

  • If App Lock or PIN Lock is enabled, signing out prevents unauthorized access.

  • Make sure all active orders are completed before logging out.
