Fleksa POS – Registering Your Kassensystem via Mein ELSTER (TSE & DSFinV-K)

Registering your Kassensystem is legally required in Germany (§ 146a AO). With Fleksa POS, all necessary information can be retrieved directly from your POS system.


1. Preparation

  • Log in to Mein ELSTER:
    https://www.elster.de

  • Open Fleksa POS → Settings → TSE Management → TSE Information to find the required data:

  • Note the date your Fleksa POS device was put into operation.


2. Open ELSTER Form

  1. Log in to Mein ELSTER.

  2. Navigate to:
    Forms & Services → All Forms → Other Forms

  3. Select the form:
    “Notification of electronic recording systems (§ 146a Abs. 4 AO)”

  4. Click Open Form to start entering the data.


3. Enter Taxpayer & Business Location Information

  • Enter your tax number / company information.

  • Enter the business location:

    • Address: Roßmarkt 36, 63739 Aschaffenburg, Germany

  • If you operate multiple locations, each business site must be registered separately.


4. Enter Fleksa POS Kassensystem (eAS) Information

  1. Click Add new eAS.

  2. Fill in the following details from Fleksa POS:

  • Type of eAS: Fleksa POS (Tablet / App-based cash register)

  • Software: Fleksa POS + version number

  • Serial Number: ERS-2545b7c3-f307-4995-a379-4004b6812345

  • Manufacturer & Model: Fleksa GmbH

  • Customer ID: 2545b7c3-f307-4995-a379-4004b6812345

  • Purchase & Commissioning Date: Date the POS was put into operation

  • TSE ID: d7397af8-167d-4dda-8b8a-c9a9a2812345

  • DSFinV-K Register ID: 2545b7c3-f307-4995-a379-4004b6812345

  • DSFinV-K Status: Active / Registered


5. Review & Submit the Form

  • Carefully verify all entered data.

  • Save as a draft if needed.

  • Click Submit to send the registration to the tax office.

  • Keep the confirmation receipt for your records—it may be required during audits.


6. Changes to the Kassensystem

  • If anything changes on your Fleksa POS or TSE (device replacement, TSE swap, location change), you must submit an updated registration via Mein ELSTER.

  • Ensure DSFinV-K remains active to comply with export requirements.
