This guide explains how to modify the pickup or delivery time for an online order directly from the Fleksa POS app.


Steps to Change Online Order Time

1. Open Fleksa POS App

  • Launch the Fleksa POS app on your device.


2. Go to the Orders Section

  • Navigate to Orders (sometimes labeled as Online Orders or All Orders).


3. Select the Order You Want to Edit

  • Find the online order whose time you want to change.

  • Tap on the order to open its Order Details.


4. Edit the Order Time

  • Look for the option labeled Edit Time, Change Time, or Adjust Order Time
    (the exact label may vary depending on your app version).


5. Choose New Time

  • Select the new Pickup Time or Delivery Time using the time selector.


6. Save Changes

  • Tap Save, Update, or Confirm to apply the new time.


7. Customer Notification

  • If notifications are enabled, the customer will automatically receive an update about the changed order time.
