Short Description
This guide explains how to create and assign a new printer profile in Fleksa POS.
Steps to Add a Printer Profile
1. Open Fleksa POS
Launch Fleksa POS on Windows/Tablet/Android.
Log in with your credentials.
2. Go to Settings
Click the Settings icon in the top navigation bar.
3. Open Printer Setup
Select Printer Setup from the settings menu.
4. Click on “Assign”
Inside Printer Setup, click Assign.
5. Add a New Printer Profile
Click Add Printer.
A Create Profile dialog will open.
Create Profile Settings
Profile Name
Enter the name of your printer profile.
Example: Hot Kitchen Printer, Bar Printer, Front Desk Printer.
Printer Defaults
Select what this printer should print by toggling the options ON or OFF.
Available options:
Final Receipts
Reservation Receipt
Product Receipt
Cancellation Receipt
Z/X Report
Support Configurations
All connected printers assigned to this profile will follow these default settings.
6. Save the Profile
Click Save to create and activate the new printer profile.
Your new printer profile is now ready to use and can be assigned to any connected printer.
