Short Description
You can set or change your restaurant’s standard preparation time for both pickup and delivery orders in the Partner Portal.
Steps to Update Preparation Time
1. Go to Order Settings
Log in to your Partner Portal.
Navigate to Settings → Order Settings.
Click Edit.
2. Update Preparation Time
You will see two fields:
• Average Pickup Time
Enter the average time (in minutes) needed to prepare pickup orders.
• Average Delivery Time
Enter the average time (in minutes) needed to prepare delivery orders.
3. Save Changes
After entering the desired preparation times, click Save.
Your updated preparation times will be reflected on your website and POS.
