This guide explains how to set a default tip percentage that will automatically appear for customers during checkout on your Fleksa website.
Steps to Set the Default Tip Percentage
1. Open Website Settings
Log in to your Partner Portal.
Go to Settings in the navigation bar.
Click on Website Settings.
Click Edit, and then click the upper-right Edit button again to open full settings.
2. Go to Tip Settings
Scroll down to the section called Tip Settings.
3. Enter Your Default Tip Percentage
Type in your preferred default tip percentage (e.g., 5%, 10%, 15%).
This percentage will appear automatically at checkout, and customers can still change it if they want.
4. Save Changes
Click Save to apply the new default tip percentage.
