Short Description
This guide explains how to set or update your delivery zones and delivery charges in the Fleksa Partner Portal.
Steps to Update Delivery Locations & Charges
1. Log in to Your Partner Portal
Sign in using your credentials.
2. Go to Delivery & Charges
Click Settings in the top navigation bar.
Select Delivery & Charges from the dropdown.
3. Click Edit
Click the Edit button.
A Create Area dialog box will open where you can configure delivery zones.
Area Types Available
You can choose from four different area types to define your delivery locations:
1. Radius
Use this if you deliver within a fixed distance from your restaurant.
Steps:
Select Radius.
Enter your Area Name.
Enter the delivery radius (in kilometers).
Set:
Minimum Order Amount
Delivery Charge
Get free delivery over order amount?
Choose Yes and enter the threshold amount (optional).
Click Save.
2. Custom
Use this if you want to manually draw your delivery zone on the map.
Steps:
Select Custom.
Enter your Area Name.
Set:
Minimum Order Amount
Delivery Charge
Choose whether to offer free delivery above a certain order amount.
Enable Draw an area on the map, then draw your delivery boundary.
Click Save.
3. Postal Code
Use this option to deliver to specific ZIP/postal codes.
Steps:
Select Postal Code.
Search and select the postal code you want to add.
Set:
Minimum Order Amount
Delivery Charge
Choose whether free delivery applies above a certain amount.
Click Save.
4. Search
Use this if you want to search for and select a specific location.
Steps:
Select Search.
Search for the location you want to add.
Enter:
Minimum Order Amount
Delivery Charge
Set free delivery options if required.
Click Save.
Your delivery areas and charges will now be updated on your Fleksa website and POS.
