Short Description
This guide explains how to enable and configure Final Order Receipts for online orders using the printer setup in Fleksa POS.
Steps to Open and Enable Final Order Receipt Printing
1. Open Fleksa POS
Launch Fleksa POS on Windows/Tablet/Android.
Log in with your credentials.
2. Go to Settings
Click on the Settings icon in the top navigation bar.
3. Open Printer Setup
Select Printer Setup from the settings menu.
4. Open a Printer Profile
Click on Profile under your existing printer.
Select the added printer you want to configure.
5. Open Final Receipts Settings
Inside the printer configuration, click on Final Receipts.
Final Receipt Options
Online Order Receipt
Enable “Use this printer for online order receipts.”
This allows the selected printer to print receipts for online orders.
Auto Print Final Receipt (Online Orders)
Enable this option to automatically print the final receipt when an online order is completed.
(This applies only to online orders.)
6. Save Settings
Click Save to apply the configurations.
Your printer will now print final receipts for online orders according to the options you enabled.
