How to Add Separate Timing for Delivery, Pickup, Reservation, and Dine-In ?

Short Description

This guide explains how to set different operating hours for Delivery, Pickup, Reservation, and Dine-In using the Shop Timing settings in the Fleksa Partner Portal.

Steps to Add Separate Service Timings


1. Open Shop Timing

  • Log in to your Fleksa Partner Portal.

  • Click on Settings in the navigation bar.

  • Open Shop Timing.


2. Click Edit

  • Click the Edit button to open the Shop Timing dialog.


3. Select a Day

  • For each day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.), you will see the main opening and closing times of the shop.


4. Choose a Service Option

Under each day, you will find the following Service Options:

  • Delivery

  • Pickup

  • Reservation

  • Dine-In

Click on the service type for which you want to set a separate timing.


5. Set Separate Service Timing

  • After selecting the service option, a new time range box will appear.

  • Enter the start time and end time for that specific service.

Example:

  • Delivery: 12:00–22:00

  • Pickup: 10:00–21:00

  • Reservation: 17:00–23:00

  • Dine-In: 11:00–23:59


6. Add Additional Time Range (Optional)

  • Click Add Time Range if your service has multiple active time slots per day.
    Example: 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–22:00


7. Repeat for Other Services

  • Follow the same steps for Pickup, Reservation, and Dine-In.

  • You can fully customize timing for each service independently.


8. Save Changes

  • Click Save to apply and update all service timings.

Your customers will now see the correct operating hours for each order type on your Fleksa website and POS.
