How to Place an Order on the Website (Customer Guide)?

This guide explains how customers can place an order through your online Fleksa website—step by step.


Steps to Place an Order on the Website

Step 1: Open the Website

  • Go to your restaurant’s website in any browser.

Step 2: Click on “Order Now”

  • Click Order Now to enter the online ordering system.

  • The menu page will open.


Step 3: Add Items to the Cart

  • Browse the menu and select your desired products.

  • Click Add to put items into your cart.

  • Your cart will appear on the right side.


Step 4: Select Order Type

After adding items, choose how you want to receive your order:

Delivery

  • Enter your delivery address if required.

Pickup

  • Choose your preferred pickup location (if multiple branches).


Step 5: Change Order Details (Optional)

Schedule Order

You can choose between:

  • As soon as possible (within 20 minutes)
    or

  • Pre-order
    Example: Pre-order for 26th Nov, 17:30


Step 6: Review Your Cart

  • Check your selected items.

  • Adjust quantities or remove items if needed.

  • Click Checkout to proceed.


Step 7: Enter Your Contact Information

On the checkout page:

  • Enter or review your contact details.

  • You can click edit to update your information.


Step 8: Choose Order Type Again (Verification)

Your order type will be displayed:

Pickup (Asap within 20 min)
You can click edit to make changes.


Step 9: Add a Comment (Optional)

  • You can add a note for the restaurant (e.g., “Extra spicy”, “No onions”).


Step 10: Secure Payment

You will see:

Powered by Fleksa Payment Gateway
“All transactions are protected and encrypted.”

Payment Options

  • Cash

  • Other online payment methods (depending on restaurant setup)

Click edit if you want to change the payment method.


Step 11: Place the Order

  • Click Order and Pay to confirm your order.

Your order will now be sent to the restaurant.
