This article explains how to view and manage all gift cards in the Fleksa Partner Portal.
Steps to Check Gift Cards
Step 1: Open the Partner Portal
Log in to your Fleksa Partner Portal with your email and password.
Step 2: Go to Growth Tools
In the left navigation menu, click on Growth Tools.
Step 3: Click on Gift Card
Select Gift Card from the list.
Step 4: View All Gift Cards
You will now see a list of all generated gift cards, including:
Gift card codes
Balance
Status (active / used / expired)
Issued date
Customer details (if available)
What You Can Do Here
✔ Check all gift cards
✔ View remaining balance
✔ Track usage history
✔ Verify validity
✔ Manage customer gift card requests
