This article explains how to create a Loyalty Program in the Fleksa Partner Portal using the Growth Tools section.
Steps to Create a Loyalty Program
Step 1: Open the Partner Portal
Log in to your Fleksa Partner Portal.
Step 2: Go to Growth Tools
From the left navigation menu, click Growth Tools.
Step 3: Click on “Create Loyalty”
Select Create Loyalty from the Growth Tools section.
A setup page will open for configuring your loyalty program.
Loyalty Program Setup Fields
1. Basic Details
Title
Enter the name of your loyalty program.
Example: Loyalty Rewards, Points Program, Earn & Save
Description
Add a short description explaining how the loyalty points work.
2. Settings
These fields define how your loyalty program rewards customers.
Amount
This describes the reward formula:
Offer 1 point per $1.00 spent; 1 point equals a $0.00 saving on the next purchase.
You can edit the exact value depending on your business rules.
Amount (%)
Enter the percentage discount that the points convert into.
Example:
10%
20%
Minimum Spending Limit
This is the minimum amount a customer must spend before they can redeem loyalty rewards.
Example:
Customers must accumulate points worth at least $10.00 to redeem.
Enter the amount in dollars.
Maximum Discount Value
Set the highest discount value a customer can redeem in a single order.
Example:
Maximum discount per order: $10.00
Maximum discount per order: $20.00
3. Practical Example (Displayed in Portal)
Example shown in portal:
If the reward is 20%, then on a $50.00 order, the customer earns 50 points.
Each point equals $0.20 discount — totaling $10.00 off future orders.
4. Limitations (Optional)
Choose when the loyalty program expires:
Date wise
Program expires on a specific date.
Date & Usage wise
Set both an expiry date and how many times it can be used.
Never Expires
Points never expire.
Expiry Date
Select the expiry date using the calendar.
5. Save Your Loyalty Program
Click Save to activate the loyalty program.
