How to Create Offers in the Fleksa Partner Portal?

This guide explains how to create discount offers in the Fleksa Partner Portal, including percentage-based discounts, offer codes, auto-apply rules, and order filters.


Steps to Create an Offer

Step 1: Open the Partner Portal

  • Go to the Fleksa Partner Portal.

  • Log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Go to Growth Tools

  • From the left navigation menu, click Growth Tools.

Step 3: Open the Offers Section

  • Click on Offers.

Step 4: Click “Add New”

  • Click the Add New button.

  • A popup window will appear named Create Offer.


Offer Creation Fields Explained

Inside the Create Offer popup, you will see the following fields:


1. Discount Type

Choose the discount format:

  • Percentage-based
    (For example: 10% off, 20% off, etc.)


2. Description

Enter a short description for internal use or customer display.


3. Order Type

Choose where this offer should be applied:

  • All
    (or filter later by categories—see bottom option)


4. Offer Code

Enter a unique offer/promo code customers will use.

Examples:

  • FIRST10

  • WEEKEND20

  • SAVE5


5. Discount Percentage

Enter the percentage amount you want to apply, e.g.:

  • 10%

  • 25%


6. Orders Above (Minimum Order Value)

Enter the minimum order amount required to apply the offer.

Example:

  • Orders above $20


7. Maximum Discount Value

Set the maximum discount a customer can receive.

Example:

  • Max discount $10


8. Should the Offer Be Auto-Applied?

Choose whether the offer applies automatically:

  • Yes → Automatically applied during checkout

  • No → Customer must enter the offer code manually


9. For All Categories

If enabled, the offer will apply to all menu categories.
(If disabled, you can select specific categories after creating the offer.)


Step 5: Create Offer

  • After filling all required fields, click Create.

Your offer will now be active based on the settings you selected.
