How to Add Allergies to a Product in the Fleksa Partner Portal ?

This article explains how to add allergen information to any product in the Fleksa Partner Portal.


Step 1: Open the Product

  1. Go to your Menu Dashboard.

  2. Locate the product you want to update.

  3. Click on the Additional Information button for that product.

  4. A new window titled Additional Allergen Information will open.


Step 2: Select the Allergies

Inside the allergen dialog:

  1. You will see a list of allergy types.

  2. Select all allergens that apply to the product, such as:

    • Gluten

    • Nuts

    • Dairy

    • Eggs

    • Seafood

    • Soy

    • Sesame

    • Lupin

    • Sulphites
      (Options may vary depending on your region.)


Step 3: Confirm the Allergen Declaration

You must check the confirmation box:

“I hereby confirm that I have provided complete and accurate allergen information and that I am responsible for updating this information if anything on my menu changes.”

This declaration is mandatory for food safety and legal compliance.


Step 4: Save

  • Click Save to apply the allergen information to the product.

Your allergen details will now be stored and displayed for that product wherever required.
