How to Add Products in a Category (Fleksa Partner Portal) ?

This article explains how to add a new product to any category in the Fleksa Partner Portal, including images, pricing, variants, choices, add-ons, and bundles.

1. Open the Product Section

Step 1: Log in

  • Log in to your Fleksa Partner Portal.

Step 2: Navigate to Menu

  • Click Menu from the left navigation panel.

Step 3: Select Products

  • Click on Products.

Step 4: Click “Add New”

  • Click the Add New button in the top-right corner.
    A new popup window will open titled Add New Product.

2. Product Details & Menu Type

At the top of the product window, you will see a dropdown menu:

Choose the Menu Type

  • Regular Menu → Product appears on your main menu

  • Catering Menu → Product appears in the catering section

Select the correct option depending on where the item should be shown.

3. Upload Product Image

In the Add Image section:

  • Upload a product image (PNG/JPEG up to 2 MB).

  • This image will appear on your online menu.

4. Enter Product Name & Description

  • Product Name: e.g., Margherita Pizza, Chicken Salad, Pasta Napoli

  • Description (optional): Add a short description if needed.

5. Select Category & Enter Price

Select Category

A dropdown menu will appear.
Choose the category where this product should be added.

Enter Price

  • Enter your default dine-in price.

Separate Prices for Pickup & Delivery (Optional)

If you want different prices:

  • Click Add Separate Price

  • Enter:

    • Pickup price

    • Delivery price

These prices appear on the Fleksa ordering website.

6. Add Tags & Product Number

  • Tag (optional): e.g., Spicy, Gluten Free, Popular

  • Product Number: Internal SKU / article number

7. Additional Settings

Use these options to customize the product:

• Is this product popular?

Highlights the product on your Fleksa site.

• Is this non-veg product?

Shows a Non-Veg indicator.

• Mark this product as new

Displays a "New" tag to customers.

• Does the product have variants?

Enable this if the product has:

  • Sizes

  • Flavors

  • Spice levels

  • Portions

  • Any variation options

• Exclude base price for variants

Removes the default price so you can set individual prices for each variant.

• Out of Stock

Marks the product as unavailable.

8. Save the Product

⚠️ Important:
Click Save at the top-right corner.

If you do not save, all product details will be lost.

9. Additional Options After Saving

Once the product is saved, scroll down to reveal extra customization features:

A. Product Bundles

Create combo deals such as:

  • Lunch Meals

  • Breakfast Combos

  • Dinner Offers

How to Create a Bundle

  1. Click Add Bundle

  2. Enter the Bundle Name

  3. Select items from any category

  4. Click Save

✔ Customer can choose one item per bundle group
✔ You can create multiple bundles

B. Choices

Choices allow the customer to select different options like:

  • Sauce type

  • Spice level

  • Size

  • Toppings

How to Create a Choice

  1. Click Add Choice

  2. Enter the Choice Section Name

  3. Click Click to Add Here

  4. For each choice, enter:

    • Choice Name

    • Price

  5. Click Save

You can add unlimited choices.

C. Add-ons

Add-ons are extra items customers can add to the product, such as:

  • Extra Cheese

  • Extra Sauce

  • Drinks

  • Side Salad

How to Create Add-ons

  1. Enter the Add-on Section Name

  2. Click + Add New Add-on

  3. Enter:

    • Add-on Name

    • Price

  4. Click Add

  5. Repeat for multiple add-ons

  6. Click Save
