How to Cancel Orders in Fleksa POS ?

This article explains how to log in, access transactions, and cancel an order in Fleksa POS, including selecting a cancellation reason.


Step 1: Log In to Fleksa POS

  • Open Fleksa POS on your Windows, Tablet, or Android device.

  • Enter your Email and Password to log in.


Steps to Cancel an Order in Fleksa POS

Step 2: Go to the Transaction Page

  • From the POS homepage, click Transaction.

Step 3: Select the Order to Cancel

  • Scroll through the order list.

  • Click on the specific order you want to cancel.

Step 4: Open Receipt Details

  • On the left side, click Receipt Details.

Step 5: Click on “Cancel”

  • Click the Cancel button.

A confirmation message will appear:

“Want to cancel this order? This action cannot be undone.”

Step 6: Choose a Cancellation Reason

Available reasons include:

  • Customer Request

  • Out of Stock

  • Out of Service

  • Requested Item Not Available

You may also Search for a reason.

Step 7: Confirm Cancellation

  • Select the appropriate reason.

  • Click Cancel & Reopen to complete the cancellation.

The order will now be canceled immediately.


Tips

  • Always choose the correct cancellation reason for accurate reporting.

  • “Cancel & Reopen” is useful if you plan to make corrections and reprocess the order.

  • Cancellation cannot be undone—confirm before proceeding.
