How to Create a Reservation in Fleksa POS ?

This article explains how to create a table reservation in Fleksa POS using the “Create Reservation” form.


Steps to Create a Reservation

Step 1: Open Fleksa POS

Open the Fleksa POS app on your Windows, Tablet, or Android device.

Step 2: Go to the Reservation Page

  • On the POS home screen, click Reservation.

Step 3: Click “Create Reservation”

  • Click Create Reservation or New Reservation to open the booking form.

Step 4: Enter Customer Details

Fill in the required information:

  • Name * → Enter the customer’s full name

  • Email → (Optional) Add email if needed

  • Phone → Add customer phone number for confirmation

  • Guests → Total number of people

Step 5: Set Reservation Duration

  • Choose the duration of the reservation (e.g., 1 hour, 90 minutes, 2 hours).

Step 6: Choose Date & Time

  • Date → Select the reservation date

  • Time → Select the reservation time (e.g., 20:30)

Step 7: Choose Preference (Optional)

  • Select any preference such as:

    • Indoor / Outdoor

    • Window seat

    • High chair

    • Birthday setup
      (Options depend on your system setup.)

Step 8: Select Table

  • Choose the table from the available list.

  • Fleksa POS will show only tables free for the selected time.

Step 9: Add a Comment (Optional)

You may add notes such as:

  • “Anniversary dinner”

  • “Allergic to nuts”

  • “Needs wheelchair access”

Step 10: Create the Reservation

  • Click Create New to save the reservation.

  • If you want to stop, click Cancel.


After Creating the Reservation

  • The reservation appears in the Reservation List.

  • The table is blocked for the selected time.

  • Staff can view all upcoming reservations at any moment.
