This article explains how to reject live orders that come from your website directly in Fleksa POS.
Steps to Reject a Live Order
Step 1: Open Fleksa POS
Open the Fleksa POS app on your Windows, Tablet, or Android device.
Step 2: Go to the Live Orders Page
On the home screen, click on Live Orders.
Step 3: Wait for the Notification Popup
When a new online order comes in, a notification popup will appear on the POS screen.
This popup shows:
Customer name
Order type (Pickup/Delivery)
Order items
Order time
Step 4: Reject the Order
On the popup, click Reject.
The order will be immediately declined.
Step 5: Confirm Rejection (If asked)
Some POS versions may ask you to confirm.
Click Confirm or Reject Order.
Once rejected:
The customer receives a notification.
The order will move to the Rejected Orders list.
Common Issues & Solutions
Issue: Reject button not visible.
Solution: Update POS or check that you opened the order from the popup.
Issue: Notification popup not appearing.
Solution: Open the Live Orders page and refresh.

Always check the order details before rejecting.
Reject quickly to avoid customer waiting.
