Prerequisites

Before you begin:

  • You are using Fleksa POS on Windows / Tablet / Android

  • Your Dine-In table layout is set up

  • You have Cashier / Manager / Admin access

  • The Fleksa POS app is updated


Steps to Solve

Step 1: Open Fleksa POS

Open the Fleksa POS app on your Windows PC, tablet, or Android device.

Step 2: Go to the Dine-In Page

  • Click Dine-In from the main menu.

  • Your table layout appears.

Step 3: Select the Table

  • Click on the table where the guests are seated.

  • The order screen for that table opens.

Step 4: Add Items to the Order

  1. Navigate through the categories (Starters, Drinks, Mains, etc.).

  2. Click on items to add them.

  3. Adjust quantities or add modifiers if needed.

Step 5: Send Order to Kitchen (Optional)

  • Click Send to Kitchen to notify the kitchen.

Step 6: Print Bill (Optional)

  • Click Print Bill if customers want to check the amount before paying.

Step 7: Proceed to Checkout

When the customer is ready to pay:

  1. Open the same table.

  2. Click Checkout.

  3. The full amount will automatically appear (no split needed).

Step 8: Select Payment Method

Choose one of the payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Card

  • QR Payment

  • Giftcard

Step 9: Complete the Payment

  • Confirm the payment.

  • The order will close and the table status will return to Available.

Issue: Split payment screen appears.
Solution: Select Checkout → Full Amount instead of split options.

Issue: Wrong amount displayed.
Solution: Recheck the order to ensure all items were added and sent to kitchen.
