Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure:
You are using Fleksa POS on Windows / Tablet / Android
You have Admin or Manager permissions
The table exists in your Dine-In layout
Fleksa POS app is updated
Steps to Solve
Step 1: Open Fleksa POS
Open the Fleksa POS app on your Windows PC, Tablet, or Android device.
Step 2: Go to the Dine-In Page
Navigate to the Dine-In section from the main menu.
Step 3: Enter Edit Mode
Click the pen (edit) icon at the top-right corner to switch to layout editing mode.
Step 4: Select the Table to Edit
Click on the table you want to change.
The table configuration window will open.
Step 5: Change the Table Configuration
You can edit the following fields:
Table Name
Table Number
Rotation (change the angle of the table)
Shape of the Table (round, square, rectangle)
Number of Seats
Update any of these settings as needed.
Step 6: Save the Table
Click Save inside the table configuration window.
Step 7: Save the Layout
After editing, click Save Layout to apply all changes.
Common Issues & Solutions
Issue: I cannot edit the table.
Solution: Ensure you are in edit mode (pen icon must be active).
Issue: Layout changes are not updated.
Solution: Make sure you clicked both Save inside the table settings and Save Layout afterward.
