How to Add a Table in an Existing Room (Fleksa POS) ?

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have:

  • Access to Fleksa POS (Windows / Tablet / Android)

  • Admin or Manager permissions

  • A room already created in your table layout

  • Updated Fleksa POS app version


Steps to Solve

Step 1: Open Fleksa POS

Open the Fleksa POS application on your Windows device, tablet, or Android device.

Step 2: Navigate to the Dine-In Page

  • Go to the Dine-In section in the menu.

  • On the top-right corner, click the pen (edit) icon to enter layout edit mode.

Step 3: Add a New Table

  1. In the bottom-left corner, click the plus (+) button to add a new table.

  2. Fill in the following details:

    • Table Name

    • Table Number

    • Rotation (angle/position of the table)

    • Number of Seats

    • Shape of the Table (e.g., round, square, rectangle)

Step 4: Save the Table

  • Click Save to add the table.

  • Then click Save Layout to confirm all changes.


Common Issues & Solutions

Issue: The new table does not appear in the layout.
Solution: Refresh the Dine-In page or restart the POS app.

Issue: Cannot click the plus button.
Solution: Ensure you are in edit mode and have Admin/Manager permissions.
