Steps to Integrate WinOrder POS with Fleksa

Step 1: Activate WinOrder Integration in Fleksa Partner Portal

  1. Open Fleksa Partner Portal.

  2. Navigate to:
    ​ Admin Settings → Integrations → WinOrder

  3. Click Update.

  4. Activate WinOrder and click Save.

Step 2: Download and Install WinOrder POS

  • Download the WinOrder POS system here: WinOrder Download

  • Install it on your device following the instructions.

Step 3: Log in to WinOrder Dashboard

  • Open WinOrder POS.

  • Navigate to:
    ​ Dashboard → Program Settings

Step 4: Configure Online Store

  1. Expand the Online Store section.

  2. Click Webserver.

    • Path: Dashboard → Program Settings → Online Shop

Step 5: Add a New Online Shop

  • Click Add in the Online Shops section.

Step 6: Select API Protocol

  • In Transmission Setting, select:
    ​ WinOrder Web Service REST API

Step 7: Enter Fleksa API Details

  1. Paste the following URL in Webservice URL:

    https://partner.fleksa.com/v1/api/order-integration

  2. Enter your Fleksa credentials:

    • Customer No. / Username / API Key: Provided in Fleksa Partner Portal (e.g., win-uid-23570)

    • Password / Passcode: Provided in Fleksa Partner Portal

Step 8: Save and Finalize

  • Click Save to complete the integration.

After completing these steps, orders from Fleksa POS will automatically flow into WinOrder, keeping your inventory and order management synchronized.
