Integrating Google Reservations with Fleksa POS allows your customers to book tables online via Google, and all reservations will automatically appear in your POS system. Follow the steps below to set up and activate the integration.
1. Requirements
Before starting, ensure:
Your restaurant has a Google Business Profile
Online reservations are enabled in Google Business
You have access to the Fleksa Partner Portal (partner.fleksa.com)
You are using the latest version of Fleksa POS
You have the necessary login credentials for Google Business
2. Locate Google Reservations Integration
Open partner.fleksa.com in your browser.
Navigate to:
Settings → Integrations (Third Party) → Google ReservationsClick Activate to begin the setup.
Important: Keep your Google account credentials ready for authentication.
If the Google Reservations option is not visible, contact the Fleksa Support Team for assistance.
3. Connect Your Google Account
Log in to your Google Business Account when prompted.
Grant Fleksa the necessary permissions to access your reservation data.
Confirm and save the connection.
Important:
The POS connection must be approved by Google to enable automatic reservation flow. Only approved connections will sync reservations to Fleksa POS.
4. Configure Reservation Settings
Once connected, you can configure:
Reservation Types: Dine-in, special events, etc.
Maximum Guests per Slot
Time Intervals: How often reservations can be scheduled (e.g., every 15 or 30 minutes)
Confirmation Notifications: Send confirmations automatically via email or SMS
These settings ensure your POS accurately reflects table availability and avoids double bookings.
5. Assign Printer Profiles (Optional)
If you want to print reservation details automatically:
Go to Settings → Printer Profiles
Select the printer profile for Reservations
Enable:
Reservation Receipts
Save
This allows the kitchen or front-of-house staff to see reservations printed as needed.
6. Test the Integration
Create a test reservation via Google.
Verify that it appears in Fleksa POS → Reservations.
Check that all details (guest name, time, number of guests) are accurate.
Confirm that the reservation is printed if printer profiles are enabled.
7. Managing Reservations in Fleksa POS
After integration:
Reservations appear under Reservations → Online Reservations
Staff can confirm, cancel, or modify reservations directly in POS
Status updates automatically sync with Google Reservations
Customer details are displayed for easy management
