Integrating Wolt Orders in Fleksa POS

Integrating Wolt with Fleksa POS allows all online orders to flow directly into your system—fast, accurate, and without manual input. Follow the steps below to set up and activate the Wolt integration.


1. Requirements

Before starting the integration, ensure:

  • You have an active Wolt Partner Account

  • Your restaurant is live and verified on Wolt

  • You have access to the Wolt Vendor Dashboard

  • You are using the latest version of Fleksa POS

  • You can access partner.fleksa.com


2. Locate Wolt Integration in the Partner Portal

  1. Open partner.fleksa.com

  2. Navigate to:
    Settings → Integrations (Third Party) → Wolt

  3. Click Activate to begin the setup

If you do not see the Wolt integration option, contact the Fleksa Support Team to enable it.


3. Add Your Wolt Credentials

Fleksa requires your Wolt Vendor ID or API credentials to activate the integration.

Where to find it?

  • The required credentials are available in the Wolt Vendor Dashboard → API / POS Integration

  • If you cannot locate them, contact Wolt Partner Support

Enter the credentials in the Fleksa Partner Portal and save the configuration.

Important:

After saving, you must contact Wolt to request activation of the POS connection / API integration.
Wolt must enable this connection on their side for orders to appear in Fleksa POS.


4. Map Menu Items (Optional)

Menu mapping ensures that orders received from Wolt match the correct products in Fleksa POS.

Why this is important

  • Ensures smooth order flow

  • Prevents mismatched or unrecognized items

  • Helps the kitchen receive the correct products

Steps:

  1. Make sure your Wolt menu and Fleksa menu have matching categories and items

  2. Open the menu mapping tool in the Partner Portal

  3. Map each Wolt item to the corresponding Fleksa product

  4. Save the mapping

This step is optional but recommended for accuracy.


5. Configure Auto-Accept Orders (Optional)

You can choose whether Wolt orders should be automatically accepted:

  • Auto-Accept ON: Orders appear automatically in POS and print instantly

  • Auto-Accept OFF: Staff must manually accept each incoming order

Settings location:
Settings → Integrations → Wolt → Auto Accept


6. Assign Printer Profiles

To ensure Wolt orders print correctly:

  1. Go to Settings → Printer Profiles

  2. Select your kitchen printer profile

  3. Enable:

    • Online Order Receipts

    • Product Receipts

  4. Save

The kitchen printer will now automatically print Wolt orders.


7. Test the Integration

  • Request a test order from Wolt or create one via your Partner Dashboard

  • Check if:

    • The order appears in Fleksa POS immediately

    • Items are correctly mapped

    • The kitchen printer prints the order

    • Order status updates correctly


8. Managing Incoming Wolt Orders

Once integrated:

  • Orders appear under Orders → Online Orders

  • Customer details and order items are displayed

  • Automatic kitchen printing (if enabled)

  • Status sync: New → Preparing → Ready → Completed

Status updates in Fleksa POS automatically sync back to Wolt.


9. Troubleshooting

No Orders in POS

  • Vendor ID or API credentials incorrect

  • POS connection not yet activated by Wolt

  • Internet connection issues

  • Menu not mapped correctly

Printer Issues

  • Printer profile not assigned

  • Product receipts disabled

  • Printer offline

Wrong Products

  • Check menu mapping

  • Refresh menu sync in the Partner Portal
