How to Set Up Opening Hours

Configure when your restaurant is open for ordering across all channels — website, QR ordering, and POS.

Setting Regular Hours

Navigate to Settings

Log into the Partner Portal and go to Settings > Business Hours.

Configure Weekly Schedule

For each day of the week, set your opening and closing times:

Day

Example

Monday

11:00 - 22:00

Tuesday

11:00 - 22:00

Wednesday

11:00 - 22:00

Thursday

11:00 - 23:00

Friday

11:00 - 00:00

Saturday

12:00 - 00:00

Sunday

12:00 - 21:00

To mark a day as closed, toggle the day off.

Add Break Periods (Optional)

If your restaurant closes between lunch and dinner, add a break:

  1. Click Add Break for the relevant day

  2. Set break start time (e.g., 15:00)

  3. Set break end time (e.g., 17:00)

The restaurant will show as closed during break times.

Set Order Channels

Choose which channels follow these hours:

  • Delivery — when delivery orders are accepted

  • Pickup — when pickup orders are accepted

  • Dine-in — when QR ordering is available

Each channel can have independent hours.

Save Changes

Click Save to apply. Changes take effect immediately across your website, QR ordering, and POS.

Setting Holiday Hours

Go to Holiday Hours

In Settings > Business Hours, switch to the Holidays tab.

Add a Holiday

Click Add Holiday and enter:

  • Date: The holiday date

  • Name: Holiday name (e.g., "Christmas Day")

  • Status: Open with special hours, or Closed

Set Special Hours (if open)

If open on the holiday, set modified hours (e.g., 12:00 - 18:00).

Holiday hours override regular weekly hours for the specified date. Your website and QR ordering will automatically show the updated availability.

Timezone Settings

Your restaurant's timezone affects when hours are displayed and when ordering channels open/close.

  1. Go to Settings > General

  2. Verify your Timezone is correct (e.g., Europe/Berlin, America/Chicago)

  3. All business hours are interpreted in this timezone

Changing your timezone affects all scheduled operations — order cutoffs, reports, and analytics. Double-check after changing.

How Hours Affect Your Channels

Channel

Behavior When Closed

Website

Shows "Currently Closed" with next opening time

QR Ordering

Customers can browse the menu but cannot place orders

POS
