Marketing provides tools for customer acquisition and retention: offers, loyalty programs, email/SMS campaigns, automations, banners, gift cards, SEO, upsell and engagement tools.

Note: In the current Partner Portal this is accessed via a single Marketing entry (typically /marketing/tools). It opens a unified workspace with sub-sections (Promotions / Campaigns / Website tools). The older separate top-level links for Campaigns, Gift Cards etc. have been consolidated.

Offers & Discounts

Viewing Offers

Step 1: Click Marketing in the sidebar

Step 2: Click Offers tab

Step 3: View all active and past offers

Creating an Offer

Step 1: Click Add Offer button

Step 2: Configure offer details:

  • Offer name

  • Discount type (percentage or fixed)

  • Discount amount

  • Promo code

  • Start and end dates

  • Minimum order amount

  • Maximum uses

Step 3: Set eligibility:

  • All customers or specific segments

  • First-time orders only

  • Specific order types (delivery, pickup)

Step 4: Click Save

Loyalty Programs

Reward repeat customers with points:

Step 1: Click Loyalty tab

Step 2: View loyalty program overview

Setting Up Loyalty

Step 1: Click Edit Program

Step 2: Configure earning rules:

  • Points per euro spent

  • Bonus points for first order

  • Double points promotions

Step 3: Configure redemption:

  • Points needed for reward

  • Reward value

  • Redemption limits

Step 4: Click Save

Banners

Promotional graphics for your website:

Step 1: Click Banners tab

Step 2: View existing banners

Creating a Banner

Step 1: Click Add Banner

Step 2: Upload banner image

Step 3: Configure settings:

  • Banner title

  • Link URL

  • Display location

  • Start and end dates

Step 4: Click Save

Email & SMS Marketing

Email Campaigns

Step 1: Click Email & SMS tab

Step 2: Choose campaign type:

#### One-Time Campaigns

Send a single email blast to customers.

#### Automated Campaigns

Trigger-based emails (welcome, birthday, re-engagement).

Creating an Email Campaign

Step 1: Click Create Campaign

Step 2: Select template or start fresh:

Step 3: Design your email:

  • Add subject line

  • Edit content

  • Insert images

  • Add offers

Step 4: Select recipients (all customers or segment)

Step 5: Schedule or send immediately

Step 6: Click Send or Schedule

Suggest additional items during checkout:

  • Select upsell products

  • Set display conditions

  • Configure timing

Dedicated Management Pages

  • Offers & Discounts: Create and manage percentage/fixed discounts, promo codes, eligibility, and redemption tracking.

  • Loyalty Programs: Configure points earning, redemption rewards, bonus promotions, and program performance.

  • Gift Cards: Complete management of gift card creation, selling, balances, redemptions, and reporting.

  • Campaigns: Detailed creation, sending, and performance tracking for Email and SMS campaigns.

  • Automations: Trigger-based sequences (welcome, win-back, post-order, birthday) for automated retention.

These complement the overview content for Banners, Upsell, SEO, and Engagement tools. All are available for the Intercom KB export.
