Customer Management
Customer Management gives you a complete view of all your customers, their order history, and tools to segment them for targeted marketing.
Viewing Customers
Step 1: Click Customers in the sidebar
Step 2: The customer list displays all registered customers
Step 3: Each row shows:
Customer name
Email
Phone number
Total orders
Total spent
Searching for a Customer
Step 1: Click the search bar at the top
Step 2: Enter search criteria:
Customer name
Email address
Phone number
Step 3: Results filter as you type
Step 4: Click a customer to view their profile
Viewing Customer Profile
Step 1: Click on any customer in the list
Step 2: The profile page shows:
Contact information
Delivery addresses
Order history
Loyalty points balance
Customer notes
Step 3: View all past orders
Step 4: See customer preferences and dietary notes
Customer Data Overview

Customer Segments
Group customers for targeted marketing:
Step 1: Navigate to Segments section
Step 2: View existing segments
Creating a Segment
Step 1: Click Create Segment
Step 2: Enter segment details:
Segment name
Description
Step 3: Add filter criteria:
Order count (e.g., more than 5 orders)
Total spent (e.g., over €100)
Last order date (e.g., within 30 days)
Order frequency
Step 4: Preview matching customers
Step 5: Click Save Segment
Using Segments
Segments can be used for:

Importing Customers
Import existing customer data:
Step 1: Click Import button
Step 2: Download the CSV template
Step 3: Fill in customer data:
Name (required)
Email (required)
Phone
Address
Notes
Step 4: Upload completed CSV file
Step 5: Map columns to fields
Step 6: Review import preview
Step 7: Click Import Customers
Step 8: Review import results
Exporting Customers
Step 1: Apply any desired filters
Step 2: Click Export button
Step 3: Choose format (CSV or Excel)
Step 4: Download the file
Customer Notes
Add notes to customer profiles:
Step 1: Open customer profile
Step 2: Find the Notes section
Step 3: Click Add Note
Step 4: Enter note text (e.g., "VIP customer", "Allergic to nuts")
Step 5: Click Save
Notes are visible when processing orders from this customer.
Loyalty Points
View and manage customer loyalty:
Step 1: Open customer profile
Step 2: See current points balance
Step 3: View points history:
Points earned per order
Points redeemed
Bonus points awarded
Step 4: Manually adjust points if needed:
Add bonus points
