What Customer Display Shows

The customer-facing screen displays:

  • Order items as they're added

  • Item prices for each product

  • Running total updated in real-time

  • Tax breakdown showing applicable taxes

  • Final amount to pay

  • Payment status during checkout

Setting Up Customer Display

Configuration

Step 1: Connect the second display to your POS device

Step 2: Go to Settings > Device Settings

Step 3: Enable Customer Display

Step 4: Select the display output

Step 5: Position the screen to face customers

During Order Taking

As you add items:

  • Each item appears on the customer screen

  • Customer sees product name and price

  • Subtotal updates with each addition

  • Modifications and add-ons show clearly

This allows customers to:

  • Verify their order is correct

  • See prices before payment

  • Catch any mistakes early

  • Feel confident about their purchase

During Payment

At checkout, the customer display shows:

  • Complete order summary

  • Itemized list with prices

  • Subtotal and taxes

  • Discounts applied (if any)

  • Total amount due

  • Payment method being used

  • Change due (for cash payments)

QR Code Display

For QR payments:

Step 1: Select QR Pay as payment method

Step 2: QR code displays on customer screen

Step 3: Customer scans with their phone

Step 4: They complete payment on their device

Step 5: Confirmation shows when payment received
