Best Practices
During Rush Hours:
Close services temporarily rather than letting orders pile up
Communicate expected wait times to customers
End of Day:
Close services 30-60 minutes before actual closing
This prevents last-minute orders you can't fulfill
Staff Changes:
Briefly close services during shift changes if needed
Ensures smooth handoff without missed orders
Website Sync
Changes made in the POS sync instantly to your website:
Closed services show as unavailable to customers
Operating hours display on your website
Customers see estimated reopening time
