  • Short-staffed during a shift

  • Equipment issues

  • End of day before official closing time

A success message confirms the service is back online.

All Services Closed

When all services are closed:

  • The main status shows red "Closed"

  • Your website displays "Currently Closed"

  • No new online orders can be placed

  • Existing orders in progress continue normally

Best Practices

During Rush Hours:

  • Close services temporarily rather than letting orders pile up

  • Communicate expected wait times to customers

End of Day:

  • Close services 30-60 minutes before actual closing

  • This prevents last-minute orders you can't fulfill

Staff Changes:

  • Briefly close services during shift changes if needed

  • Ensures smooth handoff without missed orders

Website Sync

Changes made in the POS sync instantly to your website:

  • Closed services show as unavailable to customers

  • Operating hours display on your website

  • Customers see estimated reopening time
