Authentication
Fleksa POS offers two ways to login: traditional email/password or a quick device pairing code for shared terminals.
Login Methods
Method 1: Email and Password
Use this method for personal logins or first-time device setup.
Step 1: Open Fleksa POS on your device
Step 2: Enter your email address in the Email Address field
Step 3: Enter your password in the Password field
Step 4: Click the Login button
Your credentials can be remembered for faster future logins.
Method 2: Device Pairing Code
Use this method for shared devices or quick staff access. The pairing code is generated from the Partner Portal.
Step 1: On the login screen, click Use Code below the Login button
Step 2: Enter the 12-character pairing code (format: XXXX XXXX XXXX)
Step 3: The code auto-formats as you type - just enter the alphanumeric characters
Step 4: Press Continue to complete pairing
Once paired, the device stays connected to your restaurant account.
After Login
After successful authentication, you'll see the main POS screen with:
Dine In / Pickup / Delivery tabs at the top
Your table layout (for dine-in service)
Left sidebar with navigation icons
Staff name dropdown showing who's logged in
Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password:
Click Forgot Password on the login screen
Enter your registered email address
Check your email for reset instructions
Follow the link to create a new password
Switching Staff
Multiple staff members can use the same device:
Tap the staff name dropdown (top-left, shows current user)
Select a different staff member from the list
Enter their PIN if required
This allows quick handoffs between shifts without full logout.
Logging Out
To log out from the POS:
Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the left sidebar
Scroll to Account Settings
Tap Logout
This clears your session but keeps the device paired for easy re-login.
