Filter your kitchen display to show only the orders relevant to your station or workflow.

Filter by Order Type

Show or hide orders based on how they were placed:

Filter

Dine-in

Table orders from POS

Takeaway

Pickup orders from POS, website, or app

Delivery

Delivery orders (Lieferando, Uber Eats, etc.)

QR Orders

Orders placed via table QR codes

How to Filter

Open Filter Menu

Tap the Filter icon in the header bar.

Select Order Types

Check or uncheck order types. Changes apply immediately — no need to save.

Close the Menu

Tap outside the menu or press the filter icon again. Your filters stay active until you change them.

Filter by Station

If your kitchen has multiple stations, filter to see only your assigned items:

Beverages, cocktails

Desserts, pastries

Station filters are set during login and in Settings. You can change your station without logging out.

Station Setup (Manager)

Stations are configured in the Partner Portal:

Create Stations

Go to Partner Portal → Settings → Kitchen Stations and click Add Station.

Assign Menu Items

In Menu Management, edit each item and assign it to the correct station under Kitchen Station.

Configure KDS Devices

On each kitchen display, go to Settings → Station and select the station this device handles.

Filter by Status

Combined Filters

You can combine multiple filters. Common combinations:

  • Grill station + Dine-in only — Focus on restaurant table orders at the grill

  • All stations + Delivery only — See all delivery orders across the kitchen

  • Prep station + New orders only — See only fresh orders for your station

Saved Filter Presets

Save your common filter combinations for quick switching:

  1. Set up your desired filters

  2. Tap Save Preset in the filter menu

  3. Name the preset (e.g., "Lunch Rush - Grill Only")

  4. Access saved presets from the filter dropdown

Presets are saved per device. If you move to a different kitchen display, you'll need to set up presets again or select your station in Settings.
